You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted — including under applicable Pakistani law — you must not register or use the Platform.
Individuals who are currently registered with any self-exclusion scheme or who have previously requested self-exclusion from bh99 are not eligible to register a new Account for the duration of their exclusion period.
Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. All information must match the identity documents you will be required to provide during verification.

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended and may result in account restriction pending completion of the KYC process.
Name Matching Requirement: The name on your bh99 Account, the name on your submitted ID document, and the name associated with your payment method must all match. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawal processing and may trigger further review.
The bh99 Platform is provided for lawful entertainment purposes only. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:
The Platform may only be used for your own personal entertainment. Commercial use, re-selling of services, or use on behalf of any third party is strictly prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, pledged or otherwise transferred to any other person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your Account. bh99 will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately and change your credentials.
bh99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated systems to interact with the Platform — whether for betting, account management or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Deposits may be made using payment methods currently listed in the bh99 cashier. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. You should verify available options at the time of depositing.
Payment methods such as mobile wallets and bank transfer services familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as context for local payment familiarity only. bh99 does not claim that these providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling transactions. Availability of any specific method is determined by the operator's current cashier configuration and the provider's own applicable policies.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. bh99 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only. Creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 25×, 30×) and the basis of calculation (bonus only, or bonus plus deposit) are stated in each promotion's terms. Illustrative example: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
While a bonus wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per wager. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable maximum bet is stated in each promotion's terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages — typically 100% for slots, and reduced percentages for table games, live casino and other categories — are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded or zero-contribution games do not progress wagering requirements.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated in the promotion's terms (typically 7–30 days from date of crediting). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
bh99 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already opted into and begun fulfilling wagering requirements for a promotion will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements.
All bets placed on bh99 are subject to the general betting rules of the Platform and the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
bh99 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances, without limitation:
Bet settlement is based on the official result as determined by bh99's designated result source for each market. Subsequent changes to official results after settlement (for example, retrospective sporting body decisions) do not automatically trigger resettlement and are handled at bh99's discretion in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bh99 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: Attempted fraud, bonus abuse and money laundering are treated with zero tolerance. bh99 actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations where required.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course before final closure. Real Money Balances (free of active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
bh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account — with or without notice — where a breach of these Terms is suspected or established, where required by applicable law, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform, other users or the operator. In such cases, bh99 may withhold balances pending investigation.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this Agreement.
bh99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will be the version that applies to that dispute. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last reviewed. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bh99 operates and holds any applicable licences. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. However, bh99 expressly notes that it does not claim to operate under any Pakistani licence or authorisation and makes no representations as to the applicability or enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law specifically.
Pakistani players are reminded that participation in online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani legislation.
